U jamb seals

Never heard of U jamb before. But this worn out bit on the '64 Dart needs replacing and it's called a u jamb seal. One place has them but just as part of a kit of a bunch of things. I just need the pair of these. Any ideas?

I got mine from Laysons a few years ago. They required the metal core to rebuild, so there was a wait.
