Sometimes they wont, some recruitewrs are dumber than a box of tacks. Also depends on what the degree is in. If its a bechelors she could comission as an admin officer. Im sure shell tune into the opportunities while in the active duty. I did the electrinics/avionics courses back in 2004. It will be a good gig. If she chooses to go long term, Im sure a comission will come her way if she seeks it out.
