Undercoating again

As you can see it undercoating from Hell once again.This is the last part,my question.Should i be weary using the touch on the shock mount its filled with oil.As you know the propane touch works very well removing undercoating from hell,+ a wire wheel. thoughts.

I'd keep the torch off of that.....

Maybe use a heat gun???
