Upgrade rear axles, and disk brakes in front.

Hi all, I'm looking to upgrade my rear axles (just the shafts if I can) on my 1968 dart 270, the goal for this is to get away from the 5 on 4 bolt pattern, also I would like to upgrade to disk brakes in the front. My question is what would be the. Best donner car 2 get these parts from?

Look for any disc brake equipped A body car from 1973-76.
They were large bolt pattern, front and rear.
They would have all the brake, and suspension parts you would need for the swap.

Is it an original 6 cyl car? If it has 9" drums, later shafts and brakes will not bolt on the 7 1/4" rear.

No it's a 273 v8, my dad just told me that a friend of his has a 73 or 74 dart that we can have for parts, I'm hoping that it will have all the parts I need.
