has anyone ever done thier interiors as far as making patterns of seats
and making new covers and door panels.
If so what is a good basic dvd or how to book to learn the process
step by step and good source of tools. if you have pics please post.

They have some good how tos on sewing and custom interiors that would also pertain to stock. Just do different searches and you will find a lot of info.
