All, I haven't seen this covered, so I thought I'd share.
I'm using 73+ seats for my car (all I could get that were mopar) and the drivers side tracks were roached. So, I ordered replacement rails that unbeknownst to me, place the passenger side studs about 1.2" inboard of where they should be. I believe this to be a difference in the seat frame of the 73+
My solution - cut off stud from right side bracket (the one that is next to the tunnel) and drill a new hole 1" outboard of the stud you just cut off. I'm using a grade 8 bolt, with the factory style nuts under the car. I also will be tack welding the new bolts in place to make installation and removal easier.
So, for those that have 73 seats w/ roached tracks - this will allow you to use OER tracks on your newer seats.
Hope this helps someone!
