Swapped out my 2 bbl for a Carter AFB and a Edelbrock LD4B manifold.
What I don't have is the correct kickdown linkage for the V8 w/ 4bbl.
I thought I could use the existing 2 bbl set up, but after reading all the posts about kickdown geometry etc. I'm thinking the correct linkage would be the way to go.
Many people suggest a cable set up but I'm I'm finding that to be a budget buster at this point in time.
Hoping someone would have the complete setup to sell or swap. i have a set of stock 273 exhaust manifolds, a new rebuilt starter, or 4 scruffy mis-matched dog dish hubcaps as potential (or partial) trading material.
Also, perhaps someone could tell me if the 2 bbl set up is workable if I just change just the upper rod to the one with the slot in it?
