    1 is the can suppose to bleed down or hold the vacuum ??
    2 any leads on one that will fit my pestolite ibs4015B/4B ?? 340 dual point
    3 any mods recommended before converting to electronic ???

    well, I'm going to covert the the dual point to electronic///but I remember something about working with the mech weights/filing something

    I would sell the dual point and get whichever electronic you want. Those factory dual point distributors don't grow on trees anymore and someone might give you a decent price for it if it's correct for their car.

      I have some and They are just starting to re pop them now (tonys parts) not cheap at all either. That distrib some one will want for sure if the bushings are good in it.

      Thanks for the input guys !!!!!!! just went on the net and looked..... I'll keep it .... OK ,I couldn't find a vacuum canister ///any help????

      Shoot me a pic of the top of the distrib with the cap off so I can see the arm on the vac advance.

      Should have one you change the spring and spacers over under the nipple so you know. Let me get a picture, They are getting hard to get now.

      Only NOS one I have that will work properly. it down for the price $80 and the ride. Expensive distributor.

        I hear you florida auto parts will rebuild yours $60-170 depending what you want. They do good work.
