Vacuum line routing

I just installed the power brake master cylinder from the donor 74 Duster into my 65 wagon. I had to fabricated the rod from the pedal to the booster & now I need to extend the brake line to the master cylinder. My question is regarding the vacuum line routing. I imagine the larger vacuum line goes to the intake manifold. What about the smaller port line?

for a can, plug it. Unless you need a can for storage.

Let me clarify that, I have a habit of being short. The small one would go to a vacuum cannister, that stores vacuum when you have depleted the vacuum(big cam, kept hitting the brakes,engine stopped running,low idle, with the foot on the brake too long, leaking booster, etc.)
