im going to get a new windsheild gasket for the valiant cus the old one is leaking bad into the car on my left foot and my girl freinds right foot and also starting to seap at spots onto of the dash whitch one do i get.

found these ones searching google why does one show a slice and one is one peice. found also the chrome strip is that one correct its the third link?

more suggestions and help would be appreciated im trying to buy as much usful stuff i can from the money back from the accident on the aspen 2 weeks ago found a great door to replace mine a money to spare.:prayer:
 
Windshield rubber will be the same from all a-bodies from 63-66, same with the gas cap. Good luck finding a decent tailgate, there isn't many wagons around and the tailgates are always hammered. For a nice gas cap pm damraiter on here, he makes an awesome billet aluminum cap that is much better then the stock cap in the seal department.
 
one is a one piece design and the other is one piece but instead of it being a square its cut so its one long piece please look at the pic on the links
 
well the yard is searching for the best wagon tailgate they have and will give me a price variying on the condition as long as the hinde mounts arnt rusted and cracked away from the tailgate 3/4 of the way on the pass side i think it will be worth it.

anyone have clues on what to use as a gasket for the tailgate window at the top of the tail gate? it a peice of rubber 1/4 in thick curved and the leignth of the window.
 
got the tail gate its a good one at least has no really un reapairable damge mine the hinges are tearing the rusty metal away from the tail gate this one not a crack around there thanky good ness has some surface i quickly cleaned it up and sprayed ospho ove the whole inside and double coated it today so i can bed liner the back of the exterior metal and get it ready to install all the stuff from mine over to this one ill getpics tomorrow
