Valiant "V" emblem colors

Has anyone found paint that matches or is close to the blue and red in the Valiant "V" emblems? My car is a '65. I am going to repaint my dog dish hubcaps and am hoping someone has figured this out. If not, I may work on making them with a Cricut, since I imagine once you get the color right, it would be easier to just stick them on there and be done... Has anyone tried that technique yet? What have you done that you were happy with?

I'd just look through all the Testors model paints to find ones that looked close. Hard to say what shades are original, since most all the ones on original parts you see these days have faded from the sun.
