hey i have a question regarding 2 valves for my 318 from 1988. why is 2 exhaust valves worn on the tops?

is the valve springs bad so they do not have time to close the valve in time?

If the springs are "bad" it should be popping back through the carb. Check the end of the rocker arm, and the rocker arm shaft for wear. Could be these 2 aren't oiling through?
