If any of you BC guys, Vancouver Island or mainland, go to any car shows this July (or went to any in June), could you post pics? Any American brand is fine by me. I have been in Central America for a month now, and I'm definitely missing the 'car show' thing. Thanks!

Hey Mike, hope you're having a great trip so far.

I went down to the Seattle Mopar show last month at the same time I picked up that 67 notchback and saw some pretty impressive cars when I was there. Here's a small sample:

Cool! Thanks Greg. If you go to any on the island, and get some pics, please share them. Got any pics of the Barracuda at your home? Glad to hear you picked it up. What are your plans for it?

Nice pics.. a fellow I knew was making a 70 Swinger rag, but I never saw it finished, if it ever was. That blue one is SWEEET!

I'm going to A LOT more this summer including Mopar Madness in Langley this Sunday and the Mopar show in Parksville next Sunday....I'll take LOTS of pictures for you :)

Wow nice pics thanks for sharing. All those wing cars together is a cool shot.

Thanks,I took about 4 shots and that one turned out the best.
It was a pretty impressive row of wing cars, three of them were Hemis and two of them were low mile survivor cars.

Cool! Thanks Greg. If you go to any on the island, and get some pics, please share them. Got any pics of the Barracuda at your home? Glad to hear you picked it up. What are your plans for it?

I'm planning on taking the Dart up to the Parksville show on the 17th so I'll make sure my camera batteries are charged up.

Here's a few pictures of the new fish at home and cleaned up,complete with a nice new dent courtesy of some dimbulb woman who somehow managed to back into the pristine quarter panel while I was loading it onto the trailer near the sellers yard.Car has most of its original paint and managed to avoid any collision damage for 45 years until 10 minutes after I buy it...

I have'nt made any firm plans which direction I'm going to go with it yet.I was originally thinking that since it's a 6 cyl car and I did'nt know if it would run,I would swap in a newer fuel injected magnum engine and a 5 speed stick and make it a sort of pro touring type car but it actually runs great and the motor feels pretty strong so I might just keep it as a 6 cyl driver car and just upgrade the suspension.
I'll probably do a color change from white and I'm debating on changing the interior color as well as there's not much of the red interior that's usable although I kind of like it as it's different from the usual black, green,or white.

It was really nicely done.Looks like it's got every option you could order on a Dart for that year plus at least one that you could'nt.
Here's a couple more pictures I took of it.Unfortunately I don't seem to have an engine shot.
