We just got a second independant lab test back on Vapor Lock enhanced concrete. It showed if you put Vapor Lock 20/20 into your concrete as an admixture, it would take over 6,300 years for one drop of water to go thru 4" of concrete ! And that's increasing static head pressure by 15 times. VL takes all the extra water in concrete and turns it into additional CSH, raising the psi. VL not only vapor proofs the concrete but also waterproofs it. Google it...
