Here is a vintage un-ported Edelbrock LD340 Intake Manifold. In my own opinion, hands down the best small block intake manifold ever made!
Was painted with Eastwoods engine high temp aluminum paint.
Look at all the pictures. It look’s to have never been ported.
And look at the “R&D” that is stamped into the rail. I have never seen that before.
The two yellow arrows are where it might need a heli-coil. The one on the carb base will hold a stud deep. The other stem is hardly ever used so it’s not a big issue.
