That is from a points to electronic conversion kit for an older chevy. I bought several new at a flea market, threw away the distributor parts and use the harness and module. I did not keep the boxes so I don't remember the name, but it did say chevy and made in USA.
 
I am confused...are we talking about a mopar ignition block? And what does the dude with squirrelly eyes got do do with milk?
