VIN Decodeing help needed...

What's the best site out there for decodeing 60-70's MOPARS, no matter the body type, (A, B, C, E, etc). Also would like to know what year the VIN number format changed / became longer? Do MOPARS made in other countries have different VIN formats?

What about fender plate decodeing?

Just google 'mopar fender tag' or 'mopar vin' decoder, all kinds of cool stuff shows up. Starting in '68 the VIN was on the dash visible through the windshield, in '67 and possibly before that it was located by the driver side door hinge. The fender tags are a different format for the '65 and '66, compared to the '67 and '68, it was somewhat standardized in '69 and later cars, also depends on the factory the particular vehicle was built in.
