VIN Decoding

I am new to the forum. My dad has an original Formula S 1965 Barracuda. It has been sitting forever and I want to get him moving on the project. Well, I figured that I would sart by decoding the VIN; but I could not get the VIN decoder, on the site, to work. I do not know what I am doing wrong.
This is what the VIN plate on the front driver's fender looks like...
