can anybody tell me where on the frame of my 1972 duster that the VIN would be located? I know it's on the radiator support but was informed it is stamped somewhere else. Thanks

not sure A bodies are. B bodies have a stamp under the trunk seal on (if i remember correctly) the driver side. i have heard some cars may have a stamp on the interior, rear package tray area. I could not find any other stamps on my 69 swinger, other than the rad. support and dash
Yes it should also be on the trunk rail under the weather strip. I think it started in 1970.

On a '72 Duster, look under the rear speaker deck, next to the left side speaker.
