Can anyone decipher this VIN code for a 69 Dart....first figure is either an I or L, i believe then, H23B72363753..Thank You.

go to jonsteiger.com he has a mopar vin decoder- your vin# if correct would be for a 67 dart with a slant 6. you can check the rest of the info at that site. Ed

First digit = car line
L - DODGE Dart ("A" Body)
Second digit = Price class
H - High
Third and fourth digits = body style
23 - 2 door hardtop
Fifth digit = engine
B - 225 1-1BBL 6 Cylinder "RG" engine
Sixth digit = model year
7=1967 ?????
Sure its a 69 does it have side clearance lights?

Guy listed it on Craiglist here in AK...in the boonies. Was hoping maybe it was an original big block car, o well. Plus his price was a lil high for what was left of the car. I should just stick to my current project.
