This is a 70s era NOS chrome six pack air cleaner from the direct connection catalog great shape with new factory correct fram filter.
The carbs are also from the same era and catalog. They are used but complete and will only need a fresh rebuild. These carbs have mechanical secondary with accelerator pumps on front and rear carbs rather than the vacuum diaphram's like on the assembly line six packs.
Think double pump Holley type performance but with a second secondary pump to create a tripple pumper. Meant to be used on a 440 with a high lift cam and headers. I had plans to use them with a solid lifter cam and a 4-speed.
Intake is new never installed from edelbrock to fit the 440 and is factory polished.
Other misc parts are coil bracket, throttle bracket, return spring and bracket and carb linkage. All reproduction six pack parts.
Valve covers are the tall chrome direct connection part also. Used.
This is a very difficult set to find complete and this nice.
It took me quite a long time and much money to put this set
together. I realize it is not really reasonably priced but it is under what it cost me to assemble this. Probably a hard sale but I am down sizing the amount of projects around here and this was put together for a 70s vintage project that I won't be building any longer. I will sell this for 2500.00. You no longer see these at shows like you did in the 70s.
I have all the engine parts that will work well with this like six pack rods and pistons cam lifters springs retainers adjustable iron rockers 915 heads and tach drive distributor and such to build as back in the day. I don't really want to split up the parts
shown in the picture if I don't have to. It is hard enough for me to split up the complete engine build.
PM any questions or interest.
