So my vinyl bench seat has a couple small holes, and the rest of the seat is in amazing condition. Is it possible to repair the holes properly? Could an interior shop cut little sections out and do a high quality repair? Anybody ever have this done with a high quality result?

Yes, seat bottom has to come off the frame, then the end panel can be replaced.

What's the color, Beige or Buckskin?
Buckskin ^ here on my '89, would imagine the same color is available for '84.
Color adjustment to compensate for fade. Looking more like the Buckskin.
I had a '74 Dart that had the Beige color seats in that one. Think that color is still available.
Most shops should have access to something that is close to your color. Have to take into account for sun fading.
