Vinyl top?

My Dart has the fender tag codes of B5 B5 then on the same line it has W1. So the B5’s would mean blue bottom and blue top. The W1 would mean white top? It has roof drip rails and sill moldings. To be a vinyl top does the car have to have the drip rails and sill moldings? W1 is not for the trunk stripe, that is already noted in the V8W code.

Blue paint, blue top then interior code & then upper door frame code.
