Voltage condensor

I pulled my cluster out and this (condenser?) is fastened to the side of the speedometer housing with a wire with a spade connector. Where does it connect? sorry picture rotated

it is an am radio noise superessor. it connects to the voltage limiter power feed (lower tab pictured to left of wire end)

There is a electronic one that doesn't use the capacitor.
I just bought one.
Works fine.

But I'm having trouble getting RT Eng web site.
This seems to work.
