Does the wind sheild trim have to be put right back on after a new gasket and what about the revel clips ,do they have to be put on first? some one educate me please !!

Also would it be smart for us to pull the w/s our selves or have a pro do it ? How hard is it to get the trim off without hurting it ? It is in pretty good shape right now.Going into the body shop soon and needs to come out.

Molding retaining clips go on first then the gasket and windshield. The molding requires a tool to remove avalable at most parts stores. If you plan on replacing the w/s gasket you can cut it with a razor knife and gently pop it out to save some $ but if you've never worked with glass before have a pro install it for you, glass can be a pain in the a$$ it breaks easy.
