WANTED: 1970 S83 rare wheel

I have 1 in the parts car I have but can't figure out how to get the center off so I can remove the wheel. I took the screws out in the back and nope...no dice. How do you get them off?

wish I could help. when I had the wheel replaced a few years ago, I had a mechanic do it, since I had no experience ajnd it was my D...gota b safe. if u undo the screws, the center pad should come off and expose a nut, though. dnt quote me!
 
undo the screws and push with blunt object from the back though the holes and the center piece with be released. has been just be pulled into the wheel soooo long.
 
ohhhhhh and yes it has,43 years worth. I just didn't want to pry it out. I was born the same year the car came out lol
