Looking for an 8 and 3/4 sure grip 3.55 let me know what you guys have .. currently located in Southern California San Diego but willing to drive some I also have a 391 and a 323 sure grip I would trade willing to buy a 3.55 sg or trade

What are the details on your 3.91 setup? cone or clutch? What housing casting? condition, etc?
I've got a 3.55 in a 489 housing from an E-body I might trade for a 3.91.

It's Dana power lock 741 3.91... are you in driving distance from San Diego ?.

Well i have open 489 case 3.23 gears and some cash or something else have something in mind?

Ouch well... I don't need anything brand new ... Not a fan of 489 case ... Unless it has a crush sleeve eliminator.. 741 cases are fine also I don't feel comfortable asking 1300$ for my sure grips I would be fine with buy a used 3.55 unit ... Or trade ... 741 cases are welcome here

It's currently in the car and I don't have a spare. So at some point if I go to a 3.91 I will need to trade, or buy outright and at the moment I don't have the budget space to buy a new one. That will have to wait until the motor is back together and 4spd swap is done.
Probably cheaper for you to just buy a new ring and pinion for what you have, no? By the time you ship one of these hunks, you're $100+ in the hole.
 
I have an NOS set of 3.55 gears that I believe is for a 741 case if that helps any. I'd have to check to be sure though.

Well I have six sure grips center sections... I share between my duster and my Challenger... I just have extra of 391 and 323 which is why I was willing to trade... But I'll be honest with you I'm more than willing to just buy 3.55 sure grip I'm just having a hard time finding one and that gear set
