70 and 71 are different then 72 and up. you need to determine if you have a 70, 71 or 72 hood. 70 71 have movable fasteners in the hood 72 are stationary. 73 up all the hoods are the same stationary. They take different hinges per application They are not the same. Steve

Here are the pics of 67-71 hinge and 72-76 hinge. 72 -76 are the larger oval holes. Yes the hoods are also different. All aftermarket hoods metal or fiberglass are made for the 72 -76 hinges if they are fixed fasteners in the hood.
