Door Jamb switch found I have been having the same problem and at the advice of some of the people here just talked to my local NAPA dealer and he found two different part#s for what appears to be the same switch and he called his tech support to confirm the size of the threads which are 1/2x20 the first part # is DJ6301 and the second which was used on a 1985 chevy van is ECH DJ6149 you can look them up on napas web site I will have them tomorrow hopefully the shaft is not too long.....

I bought the door jamb switches for my 1974 Dart on ebay. They fit great! Yes, they are large (9/16) type.
