Wanted caps and lugs

I am looking for a set of center caps and lugs for a set of old slotted aluminum mags these are going on a driver so they dont need to be perfect just something that will work. Center hole measures exactly 3 inches inside diameter. Lugs need to go into the mag hole to catch studs with taper to center wheel. I can send pictures of the wheel if it helps. Thanks. Joe
