Those caps are high dollar even used. I hope your friend has deep pockets. Does he need NOS or can he go with a clean used set? www.hubcaps.com might have a used set.

They do have used but he needs "like new condition".

Gotcha, hubcaps get hammered pretty good. It`s hard to find a really clean set.

I had 3 NOS ones I sold on ebay about a year and a half ago, they went pretty high then, those are almost impossible to find in nos condition.
