Warped heater box....

Anyone out there had any experience with a heater box that's warped?

Is there any way of straightening? I'm thinking I may be able to straighten it by clamping together for a period of time.

Any suggestions would be helpful!

They're fiberglass usually. Post a pic so we can see.

Yea, its fiberglass...... thinking it was probably stored somewhere for a period of time standing on end to distort it.

Takes some pressure to get it somewhat back into shape on that bottom edge, not sure if the clips will hold it in position like this.

I dont think the upright side will be an issue once the bottom aligns properly. not sure if the clips will hold it in position like this.

Being fiberglass, a little heat may help when you are trying to straighten it out. Just be careful when using the heat.

If that don't work try Wildcat wrecking they specialize in mopars and might have a good one for you
