warped manifold

a guy I know has a edlebrock 318 performance intake he wants to give me, however, the thing is warped, and leaks oil out the back, can I take it to a machine shop and have it straitened? or is it junk?

Get it and check it with a straight edge to see if the sides are warped.If its leaking out the back,the rear gasket or the silicone is gone and theirs nothing wrong with the intake,and most likely compressing into the pan,mrmopartech
