Was the Tuff steering wheel an option on a 1970 Dart Swinger?

I'd like to install a Tuff wheel on my 1970 340 Swinger.
I need to stay within certain guidelines to maintain my collector car insurance.
Was the Tuff wheel a factory available option for my car?
Appreciate any insight.

Not on the 70 Dart, was a 71-later option on the A & B-body I believe but it looks sharp...I installed on on my old 70 dart and liked it....your insurance company will never know the difference......

Was available on a B body in 1970.

Not sure why it wouldn't have been on an A.
