washer bottle question

Does anyone know if this washer bottle is a univeral mopar unit or if it is made for a specific body style. Its not like my A body one and it doesn't look like any of the pics Year One has in its catalog. The part # on it for the reservoir is 3799690 which I can't find on any part lookup. Any help is appreciated. Thanks- Ed

Looks like it may be for a B or C body.

They really tend to vary by year of manufacture and body style/model as well.
