i un bolted the headers on my 318 to replace the gaskets and when i put the bolt closed to the front on the left side, water started to pore out of it? all the water from the rad. came out that hole. WTF is wrong?

It's a mopar  pass and driver front and back (i think ... been a long time since i did headers without draining the rad) go into the water jacket so do not get to worked up about it just put some good tread sealer on them when they go back in. OH AND DONT FORGET TO TOP UP THE WATER!!:banghead:

thats normal the hole is drilled thru to the water passage, thats why there is usually a stud in that hole and not a bolt. Mine did the same thing

The studs or bolts on the ends go all the way through to the water jacket . Nothing unusual. Just one of those sbm quirks. Make sure to use thread sealer on those bolts.

Red RTV on the threads of those bolts going back in.
It's normal.

thanks guys! i thought it was coming out of the exhaust port at first and was like dam. headgaskets haha.
