Water pump is making noise , looking for replacement

is this 8 blade impeller pump a good choice , or should I look for something else ? It's for my 340 , no AC stock rad .

7 or 8 either one.
It does not really matter for most cars, especially without AC.
I would say if it spends most of it's time in the upper RPM's get the 7 blade, and if it runs at lower R's most of the time get the 8 blade.

For $17.00 do you think it is okay ? never bought parts there , the price sounds real low , less than a lug nut on my new car , just wondering if the pump is decent . Only buzz it up to 6500 a few times a week at the track 4-5 runs max , most time putting around at 3000 , lots of highway .
