Well, it was a nice thought.

Awhile back I wanted to put together a fiber optic dash lighting kit for my Dart.
One backlighting light source for the entire dash with changeable color filters.

Pick your color, swap out the lense and the entire cluster and all gauges are now backit in that color.

Ummm
Have you ever looked up fiber optic junctions and fittings?
It would cost a shitload, just for materials.

I guess I’ll just stick with the LED bright white and white gauges.
The bright orange needles make a nice contrast on white.

Just run the standard ge194 bulbs in clear and call it a day. “Want to be different” you say?” Just replace them all and get them all to work. 9out of 10 old cars have light bulbs out and during the day nobody sees them anyhow. Lol!

You can get LED's in different colors of course. A chore to change though...

It’s not color changes that interest me most, but mostly the single light source for the whole dash instead of individual bulbs for all the different places.
Pretty much everything on and in my car is LED except for the headlights.
Those are GE Nighthawks on relays.
My cluster lighting is LED strip light, so already no individual bulbs there.
