Well, I just got a notice that I was turned into collections for $70.00. I have had some problems before with Wells Fargo and decided to bank somewhere else. My question is how can I resolve this and be assured that the resolution shows up on my credit report? Does the collections agency file that right away or how does it work? Are there any demands I can make? Thanks.

Make sure you get receipts for any payments that you make to anyone, and keep them safe. I've had to scrounge up receipts a couple of years later.
