So based off my last trouble post, 70Duster440 nailed the problem by saying that my float bowls were empty. I had installed a new fuel pump anyways. I bought the same Carter Strip Mechanical pump. Actually, it was the most recent version (GM6270) since the old part # was outdated. I think the difference was from 7.5 PSI to 8.5 PSI. Anyways, got the Duster fired up and the new pump is leaking like crazy from the adjustable bowl. The rubber gasket is breaking apart around it. Bummer :sad6: I've been reading about how reliable Carter pumps are and I'm sure that this is an isolated incident. I'm going to slap the old pump on and attempt an RMA.
