What are these for???

With the loads of parts that came with my 1968 Dart GTS 383 that I bought, I found these brake drum hubs. Does anyone know what they go to? I cleaned this one up a little.

How would I know if they actually came on my Dart?

When you say rare, what might they be worth if I decide to sell them and add the funds to my ressurection project?

used with the flange are worth more than new without the flange
they will both interchange though
