What are these parts and where do the go?!?!

I am working on putting the carpet back in my Duster. It has been out for a couple years while I worked on other stuff. I grabbed up my sill plate and had these taped to them. I honestly do not remember where they go!

Does anyone know what these are and where they go in a '74 Duster?

On the floor in the back...right below the side panels...almost an extension of your sill plates..do a test fit of them before you put your carpet in.

yep , and they go on before the rear panel and after the carpet

I see your one retaining flange screw tabs is broke off. I have a pair of nice used ones PM me if interested
