what are these two parts and can you tell what amps my alt emit?

Top component is ignition coil, bottom is fuel pump.
4111973 alternator is rated at 60A. An alternator only emits current to serve electrical load. An example is a running engine with fully charged battery and no other accessories may only need ~5A, to run ignition.
