What are these?

What appears to be a dog tag on the front sway bar and some vacuum can on the inside inside drivers kick panel.

Top pic is the foot operated windsheild washer pump. The tag, I'm not sure, is there a number or something on it?

Thans. I don't recall having a foot oedal for washer fluid on my 1971 Demon some 25 years ago. I thought it had a pump operated by pushing the wiper button. This car is a 1973 Dodge Dart Sport.
I will have to get a close look on the numbers on the tag for the sway bar. Is this something that would come like this from the factory?

I have a 74, and it has the foot pump, it still works too!

In 1968 while in highschool, I had a 62' Dart that had the foot operated windshield washer pump. I washed the bag out and moved it from the inside wheel well to in front of the radiator. Re-routed the hose to the squirters to under the dash. Filled the bag with a slushy whiskey and coke. Wala! Cruised the back roads in style. My football coach always wondered why my left leg was bigger than my right
