It helps me have fun.

Enjoy.

Wife just bought "Who" tickets...for next April.

I'm not the biggest Who fan, but I appreciate their place in history, and I give my wife full credit for being that hard core.

Just missed Horton Heat Thursday at a 200 seat venue.
Really wanted to see that show. They've been doing a mean version of "Ace Of Spades".

Damn.

I think I just missed them too. I think they rolled through Ft.Collins a bit ago with another band by the name of Slim Cessna's Auto Club that is also well worth the listen.

I've seen both of them at the same time, at the Ogden and I would recommend seeing either one of them, especially together.

On the subject of country/ bluegrass...

I walked into Twist & Shout a while back to pick up some Crystal Castles and Health and ended up walking into the middle of a secret free show by one of my favorite bands of all time. I thought (no way this just happened),when I heard them from the back corner, open up with this song;

They finished up with my absolute favorite song of theirs, on a small, eight song set.;

Needless to say, even though I owned their first album, I bought both and had them all sign both, while I was there.

Tonight,

Great first track, for the era I like. Second one, fits. That's beautiful rock and roll, and R and B.....

Awesome stuff. Most people forget about live musicianship, anymore. There was a time , musicians recorded live, sold albums.

Spoken for truth MrTim!!! & if they could not play note for note live, purists would flush the memory. Point in case.

I remember 'Foghat' on the Headline Schedule at the Memorial Auditorium. ('69 i think).

The members in My second band & I bought retardedly priced tickets for the time.
$4.60 each, settled in And waited for SLOW RIDE .

Our drummer called the personification of the concert as We (now disillusioned) and heartbroken musicians left the building.(damn good Man that one)

"Guys !!! Guys !!! its just a lesson in what not to do, They should change their name to
hogfart."
