What "color" black for steelies?

I am ready to paint my steelies...will be using the dodge dish hubcaps. I'm not sure what color to paint them. Gloss, semi gloss, flat...base coat / clear coat? What are you guys doing? Thanks!

I used a semi gloss myself. Don't know if it's "right" though!

I was under the belief they were TX9 black, that's what i used.

I usually powdercoat my steelies.
That gives me the choice of 90, 60 or 30 shine. The 30 variety works great, it's somewhere between semi-gloss and flat.
Kinda hard to show in pictures but I think it looks great. Has a shine to it but isn't shiny.. :-D
