what colour to paint engine.....

OK block is for sure going to be blue as well as oil pan. Also i am going to use some M/T valve covers, headers are black, car is biege.....

X-heads - blue or silver?
timing cover - blue or silver?
LD340 intake - blue or silver?
Water pump - blue or silver?
Brackets - blue or silver?

Nothing says "Cheesy" like a set of iron heads painted to look aluminum.

So at the very least paint the heads the same as the block.

I always liked the stock look with the whole engine and intake in same color.
