The # you posted is too many digits to be an original wheel. Posting a picture may be more helpful for getting an answer....

Possibly they're aftermarket like Stockton or ??

If you are talking about the two on the white 68 Barracuda they appear to have the acorn caps. If they are sbp the caps would be off a 1972. The wheels were used starting in 1970 but can be used on any sbp A-body.

If the car has been changed over to bbp or has adapters then they could be big bolt? Is it a disc brake car?
