What do these bolts go to ?

Pretty sure these are from a '71 Scamp I parted out, but cant remember what these are for.
They are 3/8" bolts, but tapered on the ends and threaded all the way.
Any ideas what they were for?

If your talking about the bracket under the dash, believe those are would be 5/6 studs there are 2 of them

I think he means the plate at bottom of column holding it to the floor board. Although I think there is only 3 of them. Other thought maybe K frame to body rails. Haven't changed 1 in almost 20 years so not too fresh in my mind.

They look like hood to hinge bolts to me.

Body bolts often have captured washers and pointed ends.

I just looked at 74 Duster hood to hinge bolt and the head is a 1/2" socket. Didn't want to take it out to measure diameter. Unless there hinge to body, but they are not visible.
