What fasteners for 72 Duster tail light assemblies

Hey Folks,

Just finishing up a little project to repair missing mounting tabs (4 gone on 1 side and 2 on the other) for the tail light assemblies on the Duster. When removing the assemblies I encountered a "hodge podge" of nonstock hardware store self tapping screw in varying lengths and head size. Can anyone let me know what type of fasteners were originally used? Not doing a restoration, but figure if I can reinstall the assemblies with the correct fasteners, why not. ;)

I believe the size is #8x32 hex head, about 3/4-1" long with a large flat washer and a point at the end.

Now that I have a chance to look, a correction-shoulder end, not pointed. The pointed ones hold the dash down under the windshield gasket.
